Title Insurance

ARACOR, which offers search and abstracting services for many other title agencies, law firms, and mortgage lenders, also performs residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, we offer recording, tax certifications, and other miscellaneous services.

The company is equipped with the latest technology, advanced computer systems, and the latest software available for use in the industry.

Additionally, ARACOR has a large clientele of law firms and lenders who make use of its distinctive knowledge of foreclosure proceedings. ARACOR also has a division within the main branch of the company which handles title policies for HUD, VA, FHLMC, FNMA, and other lenders who foreclose on properties.

Settlement Division

The ARACOR Settlement Division consists of two areas, one for standard residential and commercial closings and the other for REO and relocation which handles closings for national lenders. Each division is managed by an in-house attorney who has a qualified background in real estate closings, bankruptcy, and mortgage foreclosures.

ARACOR's REO Division also handles auctions for national lenders for properties located in all 67 counties within Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey, including but not limited to attendance at said auctions, preparation of contracts, escrow agents, clearing title, and performing or monitoring of said closings.
